You don't see running programs coming from our side often, do you?
This program was initially designed for a corporate project. So I thought, why not make it available to more of you! The summer months are so lovely outdoors and I love seeing more and more of you getting outside to enjoy the warm weather!
The aim of the program is to get you 10km race ready within the next 10 weeks.
How the program works:
There are 4 sessions per week. You can shuffle the sessions any way you'd like for it to best fit into your schedule. The approximate time / distance is indicated for each session for you to plan your runs for the week ahead.
Week 10 is the week of your 10km Race: I would recommend that you do your race week sessions as follow: -
- Monday: Fartlek
- Tuesday: Tempo
- Wednesday: Interval
- Thursday: Rest Day
- Friday: Unscripted Easy 30min
You can do these sessions outdoors or on a treadmill.
