Yogurt Tart

If you love eating desserts but you are not so into spending hours in the kitchen making them, then this dessert is for you! This yogurt tart requires only three ingredients and is so simple to make. My mother, who prefers quick and easy dishes, taught me how to make this dessert and I will always think of her when making it.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg flavoured yogurt of your choice

  • 400g condensed milk

  • ½ packet of tennis biscuits

Method:

  1. Arrange the tennis biscuits at the bottom of a dish.

  2. Add the yogurt and condensed milk into a glass mixing bowl and mix until combined.

  3. Place the yogurt and condensed milk mixture into the microwave for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

  4. After 10 minutes in the microwave, pour the mixture over the tennis biscuits.

  5. When the mixture is cooled down completely, place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours until it is set.

Tip: Use plain yogurt to dial down on the sugar.

Servings: 10-12
