Smores Protein Dessert


Today, I'm bringing you a protein-loaded dessert! I have been eating this for a few weeks now and I have to say, it doesn't get old!

It is really quick and easy and takes only 1 minute to put together!

Ingredients:


Makes 1 serving


10 mini Marie Biscuit cookies
5 mini marshmallows
200g Fat-free plain yogurt
30g Vanilla Protein Whey (I use Carlo's Effect)
sweetener drops (Sweetener of choice)


Instructions:


1. Weigh out 200g fat-free plain yogurt.
2. Add the scoop of vanilla protein whey (30g) and stir well.
3. Add sweetener drops and stir in.
4. Top of with crushed mini Marie biscuits and mini mallows.
5. Enjoy!
