It is really quick and easy and takes only 1 minute to put together! Ingredients:Makes 1 serving10 mini Marie Biscuit cookies5 mini marshmallows 200g Fat-free plain yogurt30g Vanilla Protein Whey (I use Carlo's Effect)sweetener drops (Sweetener of choice)Instructions:1. Weigh out 200g fat-free plain yogurt.2. Add the scoop of vanilla protein whey (30g) and stir well.3. Add sweetener drops and stir in.4. Top of with crushed mini Marie biscuits and mini mallows.5.
