If you know be by now, you'll know that I have something sweet every day! This pudding I have been having is not too spicy and not too sweet, it just has that right balance, like milktart!
Ingredients:
SERVES 1
125 ml ZERO vanilla flavoured custard
120g fat-free plain yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp uncooked oats
6-8 sweetener drops
1/2 tsp cinnamon
*toppings (I used speckled eggs)
Instructions:
Mix the yogurt, custard and cinnamon together.
Add the sweetener drops, chia seeds and oats. Mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top it off with some SWEET toppings!
