Extra-lean protein-filled meatballs! Great for a big protein portion, for a snack, or filling lunch. Cold for a summer's day or hot for a winter's day!
Ingredients:
MAKES 10 meatballs
400g extra lean mince
30g raw oats
salt
barbeque spice
chili flakes
cook & spray
Instructions:
Mix raw mince with the spice and oats.
Roll them into balls and place them in the sprayed air fryer.
Cook for 20mins for 200 degrees Celsius in the air fryer.
Dip in a sauce of your choice.
