I had to invent a recipe with the restocked Birthday Cake Protein Whey and I am so happy with how it turned out! If you don't have the protein, no worries! Just add some sprinkles to the mix!
Ingredients:
makes 10 small balls or 8 bigger ones
60g apple pureé / tropical punch (from woolies)
1 scoop Birthday Cake Protein Whey
1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
*optional - birthday cake sprinkles
dash of almond milk
Instructions:
1. Add the applesauce to a mixing bowl, oat flour and protein whey.
